Return Process
All returns must be registered prior to shipping.
Customers are required to provide:

Once received, returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days.
You will be notified by email once your return has been approved or declined.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is rejected due to non-compliance with this policy, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Delivered Orders
If tracking confirms delivery but you believe the package was not received, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us.
QNTM. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
