Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the carrier. QNTM is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.


International Orders

We ship worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

Delivered Orders

If tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your package was not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation and notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.


Order Changes

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
